FAQ

How much is the delivery charge?
Delivery is 10% of the order value.

How long will it take to get my item delivered?
Depending on the item and stock availability, delivery is normally 3-10 working days for stocked items and items which are made-to-order can take up to 21 days.

Can I get it delivered the next day?
Yes, depending upon the item, there would be an additional charge for the next day delivery.  Contact us direct for costs.

Can you provide an installation/assembly service?
Yes, depending upon your location and the product we can offer these services at an additional cost.  Contact us direct for costs.

Can you tell me more about the delivery service?
Most of our products are delivered by couriers, therefore we offer a “ground floor” tail-gate delivery service only.  The majority of our chairs are delivered by Business Post and take 3-5 working days.  All of the larger furniture items are delivered by courier companies who will telephone customers direct to arrange delivery and this takes from 7-10 working days, again this is delivered to ground floor only.  If you require the furniture to be delivered above ground floor, please contact us direct for more information.

Will you offer discounts on multiple quantities?
Contact us direct for large orders.

Why is the final amount different to the item shown?
The delivery charge of 10% and VAT will be added to your item once you have proceeded to the check-out stage.

How can I pay for my items?
We offer online payment via Credit/Debit Card Payments and Paypal or you can pay by credit/debit cards over the phone. 

Do you have a brochure?
Yes, if you send us full details of your requirements we can send out the relevant brochures.

Do you have a showroom?
Yes, depending upon the products we have showrooms in Liverpool, London, Milton Keynes. Leicester & Bedford.  Contact us direct for more details.

Where do you deliver to?
We can deliver anywhere on UK Mainland and for an additional charge we can deliver to UK non-Mainland.  Please contact us for prices.

Is there a warranty/guarantee on the goods?
Yes, all our products come with manufacturers guarantee, depending on the product ranging from 2 years to 10 years.
